InfoCision Expands Contact Center in Mansfield, Ohio

June 19, 2008

InfoCision Management Corporation has doubled the size of its Mansfield, Ohio contact center, allowing the teleservices firm to hire 120 agents and supervisors to join the 190 already working at the site. The facility has also been renovated with expanded indoor and outdoor break areas.

InfoCision is also adding new wellness amenities at the Mansfield site. They include:

* An ‘InfoWellness Center’ which will include an on-site physician who will be available to treat employees and their family members for such procedures as physicals, check-ups, shots, and even urgent care after hours. There will be additional health and wellness programs, including an annual health fair, that will be are offered throughout the year;

* An expanded ‘InfoFitness Center’. This is an on-site fitness center, equipped with high quality equipment, locker rooms and showers, and is available to employees for a minimal fee per month.

The Mansfield contact center expansion is one of several that has or is taking place company-wide. InfoCision has or is adding capacity at eight of its 13 locations, housing 33 contact centers. In February 2008 it expanded its Boardman, Ohio operations with a new building that allows for 120 new jobs, in addition to 250 workers already employed in the community. The new center also has the InfoWellness and InfoFitness centers.

The need for more capacity is coming in part from programs being repatriated from offshore sites for what InfoCision said are quality, privacy, and compliance reasons. All of the firm’s contact centers are located in the U.S.. In February InfoCision won Customer Interaction Solutions magazine’s Marketing Via Phone (MVP) Quality Award for the 15th time, making the firm the only one to win the honors every year since its inception.

 “We want to thank the City of Mansfield and everyone who helped to make this expansion a reality,” said InfoCision Senior Vice President of Corporate Affairs, Steve Brubaker. “We have enjoyed great success in Mansfield over the last six years, and we are committed to being a partner with this community. This project will allow that partnership to grow, and continue for many years to come.”
