Webinar - You Know You Need an Effective Mobile Engagement Strategy - Now What?


Too many companies today are embarking on mobile engagement programs for customers, and they’re doing it by rehashing old routines based on more traditional channels. In their first stages, mobile apps were quite static, and they had low download rates. (And even lower actual user rates). As we approach the next generation of mobile apps, it’s important to study how customers want to use their smartphones and adapt the apps to real customer behavior and wishes.
