This prestigious ranking is based on your billable transport minutes for long-distance telecommunications service. We do not publish this information, but use it internally to establish a ranking of submissions. We have found this to be one the best method of ranking, as it: a) does not force privately held corporations (as most teleservices agencies are) to disclose earning statements; b) provides a measurement of the amount of teleservices your agency has done, which is a good reflection of your agency’s size; c) permits us to obtain third-party verification of information you have provided, which also reinforces the ranking’s credibility for readers.

Being a member of CUSTOMER’s Elite outsourcer rankings is a respected symbol of credibility used by purchasers of outsourced teleservices when selecting an agency. That is why this is a golden opportunity for you and your entire team to be recognized for your accomplishments.

To take advantage of this opportunity, we urge you to act now to begin assembling the required data. This involves contacting the long-distance carrier(s) that serviced your business from November 1, 2015 through October 31, 2016 (see complete rules in the application) to obtain an exact total of your billable transport minutes during this period and have those companies provide you with a letter of verification for this information that is signed by a management-level (above account rep) employee of the company(ies). From experience, we know that this can take time and could cause you to miss the March 3, 2017 deadline if left to the last minute.

The Elite Contact Center Outsourcing Ranking offers you and your industry the most honest and reliable ranking upon which major service agency users base their selection decisions. When combined with CUSTOMER magazine's annual MVP Award winners, we are able to provide a detailed representation of the marketing and customer service outsourcing industry that becomes a valuable tool for all decision makers. As such, please comply with the set instructions.

International teleservices minutes provided by U.S. companies will be taken out of the U.S. totals and used to determine international rankings, Category B. Please list international minutes in the appropriate location in the application.

Interactive inbound minutes should also be listed in the appropriate location in the application. These will be ranked in the interactive inbound category.

Results will be published in TMC’s CUSTOMER magazine.


Deadlines and Entry Fee:

Early Bird Deadline - February 12, 2017 - $750 processing fee
Final Deadline - March 3, 2017 - $850 processing fee
