IBM Launches National Express c2c Mobile Application



In the expansive world of mobile applications, companies are always trying to marry the mobile tech to a wide range of uses. IBM has found one particular brand new use of mobile technology with the launch of an app that will help make the National Express Group one of the most high tech railway companies in the world. National Express’s rail franchise c2c is using the latest mobile tech put out by IBM to allow customers to have access to real-time planning and data analytics that will make better decision making in the long run.


This new real-time mobile app will allow for customers of National Express’s rail franchise to plan their trip from door-to-door using postal codes. Customers can also track specific trains and will also be able to look up different train stations and find out whether or not there are services such as a coffee shop.
