It’s no secret that unified communication and collaboration are very useful for large organizations, especially when management or employees need to coordinate and come to decisions. Knowing this, BT (News - Alert) has updated its UC portfolio, BT One, with new cloud services to improve collaboration.
Having surveyed 1,000 executives of large enterprises, BT found several services that were in demand. All of those are now available in its BT One portfolio, meeting the needs according to behavioral factors and changes in working cultures and influential groups.
