Unified Communications, VoIP Benefits Prying Open the Eyes of SMBS Worldwide

Virtually any company that uses e-mail and phones of any kind can see an array of advantages from leveraging VoIP and unified communications (UC). No, we aren’t joking; it really is that broad of an audience that can leverage these next-generation platforms and be blown away by the bountiful benefits. Findings seem to mirror that notion and a recent report from Infonetics Research (News - Alert) highlights that nearly $377 billion will be spent on VoIP and unified communications through 2016.
