RingCentral Announces Trio of Security Certifications

Cloud communications leader RingCentral announced RingCentral Office is now ISO 27001, ISO 27017 and ISO 27018 certified, meeting internationally recognized best practice standards for information security.

In specific, ISO 27001 recognizes a set of controls and measures to effectively manage risk and meet compliance demands; ISO 27017 relates directly to data security controls for provisioning an leveraging cloud services; and ISO 27018 designates RingCentral has implemented measures to protect Personally Identifiable Information (PII).

RingCentral is reveling in recent cloud adoption frenzy, seeing in recent months. In addition, it is strengthening its team with the July appointment of Gunjan Aggarwal to the role of Chief People Officer.
