Glassdoor Celebrates Nextiva with Employees Choice Award

Navigating the job market can prove more difficult than Columbus making his way to the new world. Needless to say, we don’t always end up on the career path we intended, but while job hunting any and all available resources are crucial in supporting these efforts. One of these trusted resources is Glassdoor.

This week, Nextiva was named one of the Best Places to Work in 2020 by the Glassdoor Employees’ Choice Awards. The Glassdoor awards program is determined entirely by employee feedback on their jobs, companies and work environments.

This marks the 12^th iteration of the Glassdoor awards program. Driven by company reviews shared between October 23, 2018 and October 21, 2019. Companies with more than 1,000 employees and at least 75 ratings in work/life balance, career opportunities, culture and values, compensation and benefits, senior management and the company overall were put through Glassdoor’s proprietary algorithm to ensure significant and credible results.
