Grabbing cloud communications market share is no small feat. It starts with an idea and the right team members to put the pieces together. The HR department is challenged to craft a team that fits in line with company vision.

Nextiva named Mark Green to the position of Chief People Officer. The newest member of the executive leadership team will take the reins on the organization’s people operations and strategy. Green is tasked with creating an environment that supports an environment that supports team results as well as individual growth.

“I’m hugely impressed with the passion and energy that Team Nextiva demonstrates, and am excited to build out talent programs in line with our amazing culture to enable fearless growth,” said Green.

Green brings 25 years of experience as a human resources professional in telecom, semiconductor and software spaces. In joining a company experiencing explosive growth, the newest member of the leadership team will be integral in crafting a team and environment fit to support Nextiva’s continued expansion.

Nextiva is one of the fastest-growing cloud communications companies in the United States; it’s internal culture has received many “best places to work” awards. Nextiva COO and President Marc Stoll expressed excitement at Mark’s appointment, saying, “Mark is a perfect fit for Nextiva because he has the unique perspective of having worked with companies at all stages of growth, and a passion for partnering with leadership teams to build strong organizations with great culture and talent. We are thrilled to have him on board to help Nextiva grow.”
