SD-WAN delivers a gateway to the cloud, modern operations and a world of value. This maturing technology is making its way around the globe, and MSSPs are taking the baton and running with it to deliver organizations the secure, reliable network operations demanded.

Fresh off the heels of acquiring network monitoring and remediation platform provider Panopta, Fortinet (News - Alert) announced the addition of several new MSSP partners introducing the industry-leading secure SD-WAN to their portfolios.

The six new service provider partners include Vox Telecom, TPx, MTN (News - Alert) Business Kenya, NG-BLU Networks, Netpluz and Fireminds. Each service provider is now able to leverage the Fortinet Secure SD-WAN to offer differentiated services across all edges – branch, home, campus or multiple clouds – and in doing deliver SD-Branch access or Hybrid WAN services, and go further than simply delivering connectivity.

John Maddison, EVP of Products and CMO at Fortinet, “Organizations are increasingly seeking technology that converges network infrastructure with security to simplify operations and break down siloes. This convergence, Security-Driven Networking, is the vision Fortinet was founded on 20 years ago and is showcased in our industry-leading Secure SD-WAN solution. Fortinet’s unique approach to SD-WAN enables service providers to be flexible and agile to quickly deliver differentiated value-added services that effectively address customer challenges while significantly reducing costs.”

Fortinet is finding formidable success with its all-in-one Secure SD-WAN solution, recently named a Leader by Gartner (News - Alert) in the 2020 Gartner Magic Quadrant for WAN Edge Infrastructure as well as the Magic Quadrant for Network Firewalls. The SD-WAN provider is proving quiet SASE these days.
