LogMyCalls Offers an Affordable Outbound Recording Solution

By , Call Center Management Contributing Writer

Capturing outbound calls gives organizations a tool for monitoring the performance of their employees, marketing campaigns and company and public compliance while they are on the phone. Although most organizations place more emphasis on inbound recording, outbound recording is just as critical in order to get a complete look at how a company communicates with its customers and business partners. Traditional call recording solutions were expensive and limited in their ability to provide analytics options and flexibility. New digital platforms provide multiple solutions without the expensive hardware and with more control from virtually anywhere. LogMyCalls records inbound and outbound calls with tools for full integration into CRM solutions and analytics tools.

LogMyCalls was designed to be simple so anyone can set it up while providing the same tools as more expensive and complicated call recording platforms. The set-up process only has four steps and once it is done, calls can be monitored.

  • Step one – sign-up for a LogMyCalls account
  • Step two – choose a tracking number in the Manage Numbers section of the set up
  • Step three – choose the routing type you want inbound or outbound
  • Step four – select a four digit PIN

Once the setup is complete, LogMyCalls records every phone call that goes through the tracking number that has been selected with downloadable options. Information can be extracted from the recorded calls using different methods so they can be analyzed. Some of the features include searchable call recording, call tagging, call commenting, scorecard creation, call duration, close rates and even listening to the calls directly.

Multiple tracking and performance management reports measure phone performance and marketing analytics. The reports can be customized to provide information based on groups, users, time, tracking number, tags, and other criteria. This gives marketers refined reports with granular data and analysis by analyzing the actual conversation. The report is displayed in graphical and tabular formats to provide more insight into how performance and marketing efforts are doing.

LogMyCalls also provides a tool for setting custom goals to determine how an organization is performing during a particular marketing campaign or just to evaluate employee performance.
