Importance of Software Clients

Service bundling is a clear trend in telecommunications and software clients provide the means of delivering these bundles.

For the enterprise road warrior, software clients promise a more usable, more seamless wireless data experience. The tricky part will be selecting the right client to use. A year from now there could easily be a dozen different software clients available from fixed and mobile operators and virtual ISPs, including Tmanage, iPass, GRIC, Boingo, Verizon Wireless and T-Mobile.
