ViewSonic Launches Meeting Space Solution and TeamWork Software

ViewSonic Corp. announced the expansion of its Workspace Solutions to now include innovative video conferencing and collaboration tools. This latest move looks to enhance efficiency and streamline collaboration for modern group work in both business and academic settings.

The new ViewSonic Meeting Space Solution for Microsoft Teams Rooms, coupled with the new TeamWork software, integrates hardware and software to offer diverse visual solutions that improve productivity. The goal is to overcome physical communication barriers and empower collaboration in both in-person and hybrid modes.

The new offerings address challenges such as display compatibility issues, device connectivity delays, unclear meeting minutes, and loss of shared ideas' trackability.

While both offerings operate independently, they also share the common goal of simplifying communication and fostering inclusivity in meetings and group discussions.

The ViewSonic Meeting Space Solution includes a Microsoft Teams Rooms pre-installed PC, a touch console, and a 3-in-1 conference camera bar with a speaker and microphone.

This offering is perfect for huddle meeting spaces and is compatible with various display types and sizes. It has a single click on the touch console so hosts can efficiently initiate hybrid meetings and deliver high-quality audiovisuals with up to 4K resolution and clear audio. The camera bar's advanced voice-detecting technology also automatically centers the speaker's face on the screen to help keep a sense of connection for both in-room and remote participants.

With the TeamWork software, users get a collaborative whiteboard that is accessible across devices and can act as a hub for ideas and planning. Included are various workflow templates so teams can engage in real-time and brainstorm for strategic planning – from product teams that need to visualize roadmaps to students working on group projects.
