DIDWW Launches Alphanumeric A2P SMS for 21 European Markets

A2P messaging, or messages sent from an application to a person (including marketing, reminders, chat bots, notifications, and OTPs or PIN codes) have become popular for organizations today trying to reach customers, automate systems, and drive loyalty. This will allow customers to send SMS messages with a guaranteed sender ID matching their brand name so they can boost brand recognition and customer engagement.

Customers can utilize the DIDWW SMS Campaign tool in the DIDWW User Panel, as well as the Outbound SMS API to manage and track all of their A2P messaging campaigns.

The new service is available in: Austria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
