Dubber Available Now on NUWAVE's iPILOT Platform

In a move to help businesses get the most out of their Microsoft Teams environments, Dubber has announced a Foundation Partner agreement with Las Vegas-based NUWAVE Communications.

With the new relationship, Dubber’s Unified Conversational Recording (UCR) and voice data services have been integrated into the iPILOT CPaaS platform and will be available to NUWAVE clients immediately.

The iPILOT platform makes it possible for carriers, cloud service providers and enterprises to quickly and easily deploy Microsoft Teams Voice services as well as manage, provision and support the services.

“By integrating Dubber into iPILOT, we're able to build on our iPILOT platform and provide service providers with extremely valuable, margin enhancing services that in return will help their customers extract even more value from their voice and video calls," said Mark Bunnell, NUWAVE COO.

NUWAVE provides Microsoft voice services in North America and plays a major role in Microsoft’s Operator Connect calling program which provides PSTN connectivity for Teams and Phone Systems.

Now its partners and customers can offer access to Dubber's conversational recording capabilities at an entry level. Customers will also be introduced to the more comprehensive conversational recording and AI solutions from Dubber. These tools offer valuable information and insights from conversations across their voice and video calls.

Dubber's UCR Data and AI services provide compliance, training, customer service, dispute resolution and enable remote workforces - all via the cloud.
