Kurmi Software Unveils KaaS Offering
This week, unified communications solution developer Kurmi announced the release of Kurmi as a Service (KaaS), a new offering designed to support provisioning and administrative tasks for unified communications and contact center solutions via cloud. Installing new software and services for remote workforces can be a complex and time-consuming task, especially for larger organizations.
With Kurmi as a Service, clients can quickly and affordably bring communications and contact center solutions to the cloud with ease, using automation to help employees gain access to the tools and services they need to work efficiently.
“Enterprises are always looking at ways to cut costs and the volume of hours required to support critical UC solutions is a big part of this,” commented Thibaut Felgeres, CEO at Kurmi Software. “This is why we have developed Kurmi as a Service, to extend the delivery model options for our UC automation services beyond on-premise into the cloud. KaaS enables users to benefit from all the existing Kurmi Software features, but with the added flexibility of total cloud management, instantaneous updates, and a predictable upfront monthly cost.”
Additional features of Kurmi as a Service include the ability to edit workflows, Role Based Access Control (RBAC) features, and scheduling UC management tasks to employees. Businesses using this service enjoy data security thanks to advanced encryption, as well as automated updates to ensure systems remain compliant with regulations.
