CallTower Broadens Portfolio with OneStream Acquisition

CallTower,a provider of cloud-based unified communications and contact center solutions, announced the acquisition of OneStream Networks, a voice solutions developer based in New York. The purchase dramatically expands CallTower’s enterprise portfolio, effectively creating a one-stop-shop for all cloud communication needs.

Customers gain access to OneStream’s full range of cloud-connected and premise-based SIP voice services, including Cisco Cloud Connected PSTN, Zoom, Avaya, Genesys, NICE CXone, and Microsoft Direct Routing. The acquisition will also enable CallTower to improve service pathways for products and services by utilizing international data centers across the United States, Asia, and Europe.

Investment banking boutique Q Advisors provided advisory services for this acquisition. Financial details were not disclosed.
