Deutsche Telekom/RingCentral Announce Partnership Extension

While the phone dominated for decades, omnichannel communications are all the rage these days. No longer do businesses depend on traditional telecom infrastructure. Today, Deutsche Telekom and RingCentral jointly announced a freshly signed extension to an existing partnership with the launch of RingCentral X powered by Telekom. The new solution offers the communications and collaboration capabilities to support the dispersed German workforce.

German businesses gain access to RingCentral’s Message Video Phone (MVP®) offering through a single platform, allowing employees to connect with customers and colleagues reliably through the cloud.

Combining Deutsche Telekom’s wide, reliable network coverage with RingCentral’s communications offerings make this partnership a huge win for German customers.  The company earned C5 test certificate (Cloud Computing Compliance Criteria Catalogue) from the German Federal Office for Information Security (BSI), ensuring the platform meets the highest security requirements.
