Route Mobile Announces M.R Messaging FZC Acquisition

Enterprise CPaaS provider RouteSms Solutions FZE, a Route Mobile Limited subsidiary, revealed the signing of a definitive agreement to acquire M.R Messaging FZC(MRM), a cloud communications service provider covering European and South African markets.

As per the agreement, RouteSms Solutions FZE will take 100% equity ownership of MRM for $43.3 million. Leaders with RouteSms plan to utilize MRM solutions to help add to its CPaaS portfolio, and expand business opportunities into new global territories.

MRM develops A2P and 2-way messaging solutions, allowing businesses to easily communicate to customers at scale. With global business activity becoming increasingly digital, businesses are turning to CPaaS platforms to create better engagement via mobile devices. RouteSms will soon be able to leverage MRM technology to increase the value of the company’s product portfolio.
