Customer experience solutions developer Quadient recently announced the formation of a new partnership with Tessi, a business process management company, to bring automated mail service capabilities to businesses across Europe.

Automation and related intelligence software are not ready to fully replace skilled human employees, but they are highly useful in complementing and simplifying jobs, and have proven incredibly valuable for making tedious, yet necessary, business processes more efficient. This is certainly true for postal services, which are still a significant communication line between businesses and customers, even in 2021. However, managing and fulfilling mailing objectives can be time consuming and overwhelming, especially when considering other important business tasks.

Recognizing the need for assistance in mail processing, Quadiant developers recently expanded the capabilities of Quadient Impress (Quadient’s document automation delivery service) to support SMBs. Customers can send documents through Quadient’s mail production facility, which are then automatically printed, sorted, managed and sent to post offices for mailing. This upgrade also enables users to upload and automatically prepare mailed documents for other popular communications channels including SMS, email, and web-based platforms.

With the support of the new mailing features included in Quadient Impress, employees can shift their focus away from mailing operations in order to devote more attention to valued customers and complex or timely projects.

“Adding mail delivery services to the Quadient Impress platform is a strong milestone in our mission to offer a full suite of Intelligent Communication Automation solutions that accelerate SMBs in their transition to more digitalized and automated processes'' said Geoffrey Godet, CEO, Quadient.

As a partner with Quadient, Tessi will assume the role as an official distributor for this new offering.

“At Tessi, we have a long-time partnership with Quadient, not only providing consulting & integration services for its customer experience management solutions, but acting also as a Value-Add Reseller of these solutions, across Western Europe. We are very proud today as we join forces to offer print outsourcing and mail delivery services that will enrich the experience of Quadient Impress customers in France” added Virginie Degeorgis, Managing Director, Tessi.
