Sangoma Reports Customer Success Across Diverse Range of Industries

Cloud communications service provider Sangoma has revealed a number of positive customer success stories in 2021, further demonstrating the significant value of cloud capabilities in the digital age.

Although cloud communications and  related technologies have generally been on the rise over the last decade, the pandemic has ushered in a new wave of businesses looking to overhaul existing digital infrastructure to remain competitive in the reopening economy. Though the economy is on the way to returning to a state of normalcy, the events over the last 15 months have ushered in changes to business culture, like hybrid work environments, that have countless businesses investing in CCaaS.

For instance, transportation company Coach USA recently extended their existing relationship with Sangoma to consolidate communications services with a single service provider. Sangoma also signed a new contract with moving company Coleman Allied to enhance operations with the help of UCaaS and CCaaS support.
