Westcon and 8x8 Partner for UK/Ireland Distribution Agreement

Cloud communications provider 8x8 is teaming up with technology distributor Westcon to expand 8x8’s presence across the globe. The partnership will begin this month, with an initial focus on UK and Ireland territories.

As cloud platforms and solutions continue to rise in popularity due to the pandemic, both companies hope to provide customers with the remote capabilities and services required to function in the post-pandemic economy. Customers in the mentioned regions will now have access to 8x8’s full spectrum of cloud solutions, which includes their integrated cloud contact centre, voice communications, team chat and video meetings.

8x8’s cloud platform and solutions are also certified for Microsoft Teams, who also shares a strategic partnership with Westcon. Customers in the UK and Ireland will be able to easily integrate these services with Teams, allowing customers and employees to interact seamlessly through multiple endpoints.
