Cloud telecommunication service provider DIDWW has announced its latest move to open up integration with more service providers, MVNOs, resellers, enterprise customers, and other telecommunication companies to release a new API.

Companies today need a reliable cloud PBX platform that allows them to build up their service offerings and deliver them with ease to customers. With the new API, it is possible to provision and integrates third-party SIP services.

Created with developers in mind, users will have a dedicated admin dashboard. They can create full, multi-tenant PBX solutions, monetize resources, and develop new, valuable customer relationships.

Additional capabilities such as single sign-on through the customer’s website and the choice between SIM or other external account integration are now possible.

“API’s are a big part of technology now, and companies join platforms that provide developers with the proper tools to build custom functions and integrations within their systems but based on proven technology. We’re excited to introduce a new feature that helps achieve those goals, as well as improves efficiency and sparks innovation in the market,” said DIDWW CTO Yuri Krichevsky.

DIDWW recently announced new enhancements to its online platform to provide customers with the best possible tools. New features include destination filters for outbound trunks for easier management of call termination based on destination phone number prefixes, including blocking and rejecting options for calls.

The company also said it is working on a new “identities and addresses” tool released soon. This is put in place to assist with compliant registration procedures and allows customers to add End User information required for DID number registration via the User Panel.
