Gartner Names Nextiva 'Notable Vendor'

The challenges put upon IT departments today are much different from just a few years ago. The cloud is shifting priority and processes, evolving operations in a major way. This transformative technology is creating competition, as well. IT executives rely on research to steer decision making in the digital age, and Gartner recently did just that.

The Gartner Midmarket Contextualization Report included Nextiva and the analyst firm named the provider as a Notable Vendor in the UCaaS Magic Quadrant. The cloud communications provider is experiencing inertia as this recent honor comes on the heels of a Mobile VoIP App of the Year and an INTERNET TELEPHONY Hosted VoIP Excellence Award.

“We are thrilled to be named a Notable Vendor in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant and to be included in Gartner’s Midmarket Contextualization Report. We believe this is a testament to our amazing products, namely NextOS, which are positioned to solve today’s complex challenges in business communications,” said Tracy Conrad, co-founder and president of Nextiva.

According to Gartner, “By 2021, 90% of IT leaders will not purchase new premises-based UC infrastructure — up from 50% today — because future cloud UC offerings will be far ahead in terms of features, functions, portals, analytics and dashboards.”

The complexity of digital transformation doesn’t have to translate to IT operations. And as the cloud permeates every nook and cranny of business communications, leading vendors  will differentiate from the pack. Vendors like Nextiva.
