New Verticals Targeted by Hosted VoIP Provider

ComTec Cloud offers healthcare and education a secure communications experience. The ComTeC iConnectRX solution is HIPAA compliant as well as offering appointment scheduling and after-hours physician notification. iConnectEDU is a UC platform developed to integrate with Advanced Layered Emergency Response Tool (ALERT) modules. These include alerting staff, automatically locking down schools, as well as in-building signage to clearly communicate emergency status.

Mango Voice delivers a hosted VoIP solution targeting the dental and hospitality industries. Offering a user-friendly management portal and rich functionality, Mango Voice delivers dentists with instant access to patient records as well as 2-way SMS, appointment reminder and Smart Caller ID. The hosted VoIP offering provides hotels with room and guest voicemail management.
