AVOXI announced the launch of its new cloud-based call recording service. The CaaS (Communications as a Service) provider is offering 30 days, 90 days and full-year bundles – all with unlimited minutes.

AVOXI’s service is tailored for businesses to achieve efficiency and insight into daily operations through call recording. The calls recorded are analyzed and leveraged for training purposes, to enhance customer service.

The hosted service requires no installation fee, and the recording system offers a user backup service with an existing on-premises solution.

“We are excited to offer this solution to customers—enabling them to easily, quickly and cost effectively save and access call recordings for multiple timeframes. Our customers helped us design these new packages—a natural extension of our virtual number software service,” stated Pablo Torres, Senior Product Manager at AVOXI.

Long-term call recording packages are included for all AVOXI virtual phone numbers. Users have the ability to monitor package settings, access recordings, and listen to selected calls in real-time via AVOXI Core, the company’s online portal and cloud PBX platform. As a way to promote the offering, new numbers are eligible for a 30-day trial, which began April 1, 2018.

“We heard from our clients, that they prefer our recording solution over other options including premise based systems,” explained Jonathan Imes, Senior Director of Sales. He added, “One client told us that they access our call recordings as a backup solution at least once a week because the recordings are easier to get to and more consistent than their on-site PBX-based solution.”

AVOXI’s customer base includes travel, hospitality, ecommerce, consumer packaged goods, and other global enterprises with an emphasis on telecom. VoIP communications, toll free services, and call recording are just the tip of what AVOXI has to offer.
