Accent Leverages Phonism Provisioning, Management Solution

Accent and Phonism have forged a new partnership. The former company is bringing the latter one’s VoIP provisioning and management solution to its Accent VoiceONE cloud customers.

Accent VoiceOne is an IP-based phone solution. It can be delivered via the cloud, as a hybrid solution, or as part of an on-site implementation.   

Phonism’s solution is a pure cloud offering. It enables service providers to automate provisioning- and management-related tasks involved with onboarding and supporting VoIP phones. In the process, it helps those service providers and their engineers save time on repetitive tasks. As a result, they can instead focus on value-added efforts.

Accent is a service provider based out of Delaware, Ohio, and Eden Prairie, Minn. It has been in business since 1991.

It delivers communications as a service offerings. That includes cloud phone systems, on-site CaaS, SD-WAN network services, and VoIP phone services.

Those services are available to customers across the country. They are provided out of Accent’s data centers and offices in Columbus, Ohio, and Minneapolis.

Phonism is a Tampa. Fla.-based company that makes it easy to manage VoIP phones before, during, and after deployment. The company’s solutions were built for use by hosted VoIP providers, managed service providers, and anyone else that needs them.

In other recent news from Phonism, the company announced that it has added Grandstream to its portfolio of brands. Now Phonism supports Cisco, Grandstream, Polycom, and Yealink devices.

“It’s our mission to bring simplicity and ease of use to the VoIP market,” said Steve Lazaridis, CEO of Phonism. “We have made a ton of great progress this year but I’m really excited for what we have in the works. More phone brands, new features, it’s going to be great.”
