Telarus Gains nexVortex Portfolio with Master Agent Agreement

By becoming the master agent for nexVortex, Telarus will have access to the entire portfolio of its services, including SIP trunking, managed SIP trunking (mSIP), and hosted voice and contact center cloud communications.

Telarus is a technology services master agent that currently has contracts with more than 80 data, voice, and cloud providers. The company has developed proprietary tools to improve the performance monitoring, pricing, selection and optimization, network design and account management for ensuring customers and service providers are fully engaged for improving and prolonging their relationship.

The agreement between nexVortex and Telarus comes at a time when organizations around the world are retiring older circuit switched infrastructure and equipment, instead opting for cloud communications services, which is rapidly becoming the new standard.

According to nexVortex, the services it delivers have been deployed in commercial settings for more than 11 years with a retention rate of 99 percent, a quality that will undoubtedly incentivize Telarus agents to find as many customers as possible for the recurring revenues these type of clients will generate.
