3CX Revamps PBX Partner Program with More Rewards, Transparency

Partner programs are a great way for companies to quickly expand their reach by supplying their partners with the necessary tools to sell, manage and deploy their products. 3CX knows this well as it this week opted to relaunch and restructure its 3CX Partner Program. This restructuring includes new partner levels, along with a new points system, changes that aims to make the program more straightforward and incentivizing for partners.

The 3CX Partner Program provides all the tools partners need to sell 3CX for free. These tools include NFR licenses, support, marketing and sales materials, listing on the 3CX website, performance-based margin, and access to leads. In addition, 3CX offers partners regular training events free of charge in the form of webinars and on-site training. If that wasn’t enough, 3CX Partners can also participate in a free certification program meant to enhance their profitability through further resources and knowledge.

In October, 3CX’s phone system v14 achieved Yealink interoperability with the latter’s T2 series of IP phones. 3CX will be participating in ITEXPO next week, displaying its phone system at booth #502 on the conference floor.

“With the new 3CX Partner Program we are raising the bar for the channel and renewing our commitment towards our loyal partners,” said Marcus Kogel, sales manager at 3CX. “Unlike other vendors, 3CX has always been about the channel, from our products to our sales processes. Consequently, loyalty towards 3CX rewards partners with important benefits and more profitability.”

The newly revamped partner program also introduces new partner levels as a way to better categorize 3CX’s growing partner base. The new partner levels are 3CX Affiliate, which offers four Simultaneous Call NFR licenses; 3CX Silver Partner, offering eight Simultaneous Calls NFR licenses, 3CX Website listing and access to leads; 3CX Gold Partner, which features priority listing on the high traffic 3CX website; and 3CX Platinum Partner, boasting 16 Simultaneous Calls NFR licenses and response from 3CX’s top management regarding product feedback.

Finally, 3CX has added a new points system designed to reward partners that are certified and trained by 3CX and that show loyalty to the company via repeated sales.
