Cloud-based telephony services have introduced many different options allowing organizations of any size to access enterprise-class communication services. Whether you are working from home, have a small business or you are part of a large enterprise, the technology provides services that are essential in today’s digital world. With cloud solutions, your company is no longer held back by the limitations of traditional phone services. And Voxox is expanding those possibilities by offering international extensions, local phone numbers and more as part of its cloud-based telephony offering.

The new features are part of the company’s Cloud Phone virtual PBX service, which will also add call screening, voicemail and web transcription capabilities.

"We often see entrepreneurs using a personal cell phone number for business communication, which is often not ideal when you're trying to build a strong business image," said Voxox CEO Bryan Hertz.

"Cloud Phone can be set up in under a minute and requires no special skills to adjust phone settings, add employees or add features," said Ed Mallory, Voxox's vice president of products. "It's ideal for a busy entrepreneur who has no time and little budget to spend on IT."

The company launched Cloud Phone Virtual PBX Service in 2014 to address small businesses and entrepreneurs. Even though Voxox has a wide range of solutions for large organizations with IP-PBX and SIP trunking business telephone services, it was looking to provide communications solutions with feature rich capabilities for small markets.

The service is available with three different subscription packages all costing under $50 per month. The three packages include:

  • Cloud Phone Basic/Starter Plan – Provides a single local number, 500 minutes of calling and up to two users.
  • Cloud Phone Plus Plan – Increases the calling minutes to 1,000 and provides access to up to five users.
  • Cloud Phone Pro Plan – The calling minutes go all the way to 5,000 and is accessible by up to 10 users.

The greatest benefits of using a cloud communications solution is, it allows any business, even the small office/home office (SOHO) crowd, the ability to scale if they are experiencing growth. This means they don’t have to worry about infrastructure, hardware, security, updates and IT personnel. Voxox takes care of all these services at price points virtually anyone can afford.
