PBX Provider Goes Mobile

The TotalCloud PBX is now easily accessible from a smartphone; with added functionality like call park, Bluetooth and complete access to the TotalCloud PBX, the Communicator App now allows the road warrior to remain on the same page as the rest of the team with ease.

The app is currently available for download and is compatible with Android 5.0 Lollipop and iOS 8. It features HD audio, and calls can easily be routed from/to different devices to help create a seamless experience for the end use.

The mobile workforce is not going anywhere. The world over, businesses are embracing this trend, and Birch is one of many providers making the desired functionality possible. The flexibility and freedom earned from a truly mobile solution is invaluable.
