BluIP Becomes EchoPlace Partner to Expand Virtual PBX Presence

BluIP, a provider of enhanced cloud-based applications including a virtual PBX to small and medium-sized businesses, has partnered with Echopass to offer the integrated solution to several large contact centers.

To foster the right business environment and improve business innovation, BluIP felt it was important to become the latest member of the EchoPlace Partner Network. Echopass Corporation is a company deeply rooted in cloud-based contact center solutions and its partners work together to power new solutions that improve the customer experience and loyalty, enhance operational efficiency and accelerate time to value while leveraging the enterprise's existing assets.

The partnership between these two companies replaces the existing premises-based contact center and PBX hardware with a fully redundant cloud-based service. Further, by maintaining a secure cloud environment, BluIP's PBX offers users a complete telephone system hosted in the cloud at a fraction of the cost of a traditional PBX.
