Halloo Communications Offers Virtual PBX on Google Apps Marketplace

Halloo Communications, a provider of cloud-based business phone services including virtual PBXs, is now selling its Halloo PBX phone systems on the Google Apps Marketplace.

When utilizing the Halloo Phone System, Google Apps users can create virtual PBXs that offer features such as auto attendants, call routing, call transfer and many other features found in traditional, hardware-based phone systems. The service can be leveraged using customer’s existing phones, eliminating the requirement for any additional costly hardware.

A unique feature of Halloo is that it is the only virtual phone service that offers an on-demand live receptionist, ensuring that businesses never miss critical calls. 

With the Halloo PBX on Google Apps Marketplace, small businesses and branches can quickly import Google Apps users into Halloo to create a sophisticated call-flow within minutes.

Additionally, the virtual PBX service also allows remote workers to tie their existing cell phone numbers to their new Halloo Auto Attendant to present a unified office to their customers.

The solution also includes innovative features such as find me follow me routing, voicemail to email, and conference calling that increases individual productivity and accessibility.

Virtual PBX services are gaining popularity as they dramatically improve inter-office collaboration and improve the overall customer experience. Recently, Infonetics Research revealed that global PBX revenue increased by 2 percent. More significantly, the research found that overall enterprise virtual PBX equipment market grew 6 percent over 2010.
