Nextiva Celebrates Workhub Launch with Ice Cream

A new workhub launch and National Ice Cream Month celebration would be a sweet deal for most.
And that is exactly how Nextiva celebrated the launch of its communications and productivity workhub, with a record order of ice cream pints from Nextiva customer Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams. The 3,500 pints of ice cream delivered in Jeni’s recognizable orange boxes to Nextiva’s employees nationwide represented Jeni’s biggest ice cream order of the year.
“It’s National Ice Cream Month, and we just launched our next generation workhub for communication, collaboration and customer engagement,” said Chris Reaburn, chief marketing officer at Nextiva. “We’re ecstatic to celebrate the achievement with our teammates and to support the customers who helped us get here, like Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams. Everyone loves ice cream, and after months of hard work to launch this groundbreaking product, it’s a great treat for the teams to enjoy.”
The new software is enabling individuals and teams to manage conversations from a single place, boosting their productivity and customer engagement.
Jeni’s Ice Creams started out with six phone lines from Nextiva and grew to more than 130 phone lines with advanced call features over the past decade. The new software will ensure Jeni’s is able to support its customers online and across more than 65 storefront and distribution locations.
To coordinate the large order, Nextiva took advantage of Jeni's gift concierge, a personalized corporate gifting program that makes simplifies sending gifts to multiple people.
