Why One Colorado Company Loves Business VoIP

Growth is always a good thing for business, especially if you can sustain it for success. One key area that must be supported is the growth of your communications systems, ensuring it can handle more customers, more traffic and even more locations.

A recent blog posted by business VoIP provider, Nextiva demonstrated how one company in Pueblo, Colo., responded to an increasing demand for its services. The Rocky Mountain Vein Institute (RMVI) is a Nextiva customer offering quality care and disease diagnosis for those needing vein monitoring and treatment.

Just four years ago, RMVI opened to serve the local population. Demand was so strong, however, that by 2012, the company opened four new clinics to serve patients in Colorado and around the world. With this growing base, the company needed a way to transfer calls between multiple offices and still provide the professional appearance to a growing customer base.

Their analog system wasn’t meeting the need, so RMVI switched to a business VoIP system in the cloud provided by Nextiva.

The application of this new system means RMVI offices can incorporate interpreters into calls for customers who do not speak English. They can also easily swap out on-hold music to fit the different seasons and conduct conference meetings with other offices. The company’s Chief Operations Officer, John Sanchez, shared his satisfaction with the service in a video on the blog post.

“I loved Nextiva’s customer service,” said Sanchez. “They have some of the best technicians. I think what I like the most is they are so friendly and they are very professional. So they really do an exceptional job in answering questions. Even in those instances where the challenges can be a little frustrating, they have been able to reassure me and really help me resolve the issue very promptly.”

Sanchez also shared that as the business grows, RMVI is thrilled they partnered with Nextiva as the business VoIP solution they put in place will allow them to continue on this path successfully. They know it will be very simple to add a new site to the current phone system, allowing them to continue to comfortably grow. The likelihood they will continue to use the provider, according to Sanchez: “We will absolutely continue to use Nextiva.”

Getting a first-hand account from a company currently using a business VoIP platform, especially one that resides in the cloud, is an important part of the vetting process for any company considering making a change to their phone system. But don’t just take one review and run with it – gather several to make an informed decision.
