It seems that these days, the entire world is covered by clouds, or, at the very least, the cloud. This includes Europe, of course, and many companies who are looking to develop a cloud strategy on that continent could benefit from some expert advice on the matter.
Well look no further. On Thursday, December 1, 2011 at 9:00 AM ET (2:00 PM in the UK), interested parties can partake in a free Webinar detailing strategies for the European cloud.
During the Webinar, attendees will learn about the current state of the European cloud, how to find a private cloud initiative, how to minimize risk, and how to develop your own cloud strategy that can be profitable, realistic and compelling.
The Webinar is designed for managed service providers as well as value added resellers, telephony and telecommunications providers, data centers, system integrators and cloud providers.
Presenters taking part in the Webinar include a wide range of experts in the field. Justine Harris is the director of the Cloud Customer Solutions Unit, EMEA at CA Technologies (News - Alert). She has over 15 years of sales experience in the high tech sector and currently heads a team that focuses on MSPs that provide services to end user customers.
Also presenting is Christoph Streit, co-founder and CTO of ScaleUp Technologies. He heads research and development at the company and is in charge of assuring operation of technical infrastructure and providing vision regarding cloud management.
Joining Harris and Streit will be Stephen Hurford, cloud services director of DNS Europe. He is in charge of cloud strategy for the company and his duties include overseeing cloud application hosting, development and integration services as well as consulting.
Charles Weaver (News - Alert), CEO and co-founder of the MSPAlliance will be moderating the event. He has overseen the growth of the organization from five members to over 14,000 worldwide in the past 11 years, focusing on education, standards and certification for MSPs.
