Webinar - Upcoming Webinar Examines the Benefits of Cloud Call Centers

Cloud solutions are everywhere these days, and whether you’re using the cloud to manage your customer database or your music collection, you know the convenience of being able to access a centralized database for information is quite convenient. The same holds true in the call center, where hosted solutions allow for a more flexible approach that lets management add utilities and staff members without heavy investment in software.

Because hosted options give a less expensive entry point for smaller call centers, more operations are evaluating these solutions as a realistic alternative to a premise-based technology. Given the cost savings, there’s no reason to at least consider a hosted option in this day and age.

If you’re not familiar with exactly what a hosted call center can deliver, then consider joining us this Thursday November 10th at, 1:00 PM ET for a webinar that will seek to explain some of the finer points of hosted call centers.

In this webinar, featured industry expert Drew Kraus, Research Vice President, Worldwide Enterprise Communications Applications, Gartner, and Ken Osborn, Vice President Marketing, Five9 (News - Alert) will discuss some of the key considerations for creating a Total Cost of Ownership comparison.

Osborn is responsible for all facets of marketing at Five9, including demand generation, product marketing, marketing communications, and public relations. He has more than fifteen years of experience in cloud computing, CRM and Enterprise software.

Kraus is a research vice president for the worldwide enterprise communications applications team of Gartner's (News - Alert) Technology & Service Provider Research group. His research covers contact centers, unified communications, and various contact center and converged technologies.

I’m Chris DiMarco and I’ll be moderating this informative session, which is sure to be an enlightening experience for anyone with questions on the hosted call centers.  Find more information and register for the session: here.
