Telstar Hosted Services Unveils New Case Study with TMCnet
Hosted call center service provider Telstar Hosted Services, Inc. announced a case study conducted in association with TMCnet on how to develop a successful survey program to generate qualified sales leads.
The case study reviews five steps to a successful survey campaign, namely: pick a target audience and overall objectives, develop survey questions to meet the target audience and objectives, deploy the survey to a prequalified audience, gather results, qualify, score and reach out to sales leads. The measurement data can be used to refine the survey and lead generation criteria.
In addition, TelStar Hosted said that the company’s chief executive officer James P. Dunn has worked with TMC's (News - Alert) Customer Interaction Solutions magazine and Vocalcom to conduct a free webinar on Appraising Call Center Performance and Leveraging the Cloud, on Tuesday November 8, 2011.
The webinar, as indicated, will see James offering call center managers with a methodology for conducting objective, pragmatic analyses of the operating and financial state of call center services, and an overview of how cloud-based call center services can help call center managers to improve the efficiency and effectiveness.
"It is important to have a targeted leads database like the one TMCnet offers for call center services, and a survey that will appeal to your audience and also deliver highly qualified leads. Once the survey has generated qualified warm sales leads, you need to assign these immediately, qualify them and either carry them through the sales process or identify where the lead is in the buying process and flag them for future follow up if necessary," Meghan Harris, senior vice president and chief marketing officer and manager of the lead generation survey process, said in a statement.
“For future endeavors, they will narrow the questions in the survey to more accurately uncover companies with high purchase intent," Harris added.
Back in August 2011, TelStar Hosted (News - Alert) Services and Vocalcom North America announced their agreement to appoint TelStar Hosted as the exclusive hosted provider of Vocalcom products and services in North America. The company also has won both the 2010 Communications Solutions Product of the Year and the 2011 IP Contact Center Technology Pioneer awards.
