Build and Manage Your NOC or Help Desk with Ease

On top of all of their other responsibilities, managed service providers are responsible for creating an effective, yet efficient NOC (News - Alert) and help desk. To build these key elements of any organization is heavily time intensive and MSPs are in desperate need of some help.

Scheduled to take place on Tuesday, Nov. 1 at 2 p.m. ET and entitled, “Building & Operating a NOC or Help Desk: It's Easier Than You Think,” the webinar will clearly show MSPs how to produce these solutions at the lowest cost possible.

Some of the topics at this important event include what finances are required to create a NOC/Help Desk, how outsourcing NOC/Help Desk services isn’t always the best choice, tools needed to successfully run a NOC/Help Desk, a step by step guide that is based upon the UCS audit standard on what a NOC/Help Desk should be like and more.

Speaking at the webinar will be Craig Fulton, senior business consultant at ConnectWise (News - Alert), and a member of Consulting Services for three years. With 16 years experience in the industry as well as prior expertise as an engineer with ConnectWise IT, Fulton recently helped to create the Business Transformation Audit.

In addition, Charles Weaver (News - Alert), CEO and co-founder of the MSPAlliance (the International Association of Managed Service Providers), will also be speaking at the webinar. Due to Weaver’s management of the MSPAlliance, the company has been able to dramatically enhance the services it provides to managed services professionals and companies.

Who should attend this event? MSPs, cloud providers, telcos, IT system Integrators and VARs will all walk away with invaluable information from this webinar.
