Webinar - SaaS Solutions for Managed Service Providers Explained in Upcoming Webinar

Many Managed Service Providers (MSPs) know something about Software -as-a-Service (SaaS (News 
- Alert)) solutions but chances are, most don't know the full extent of the advantages that SaaS can provide. In order to help MSPs better understand the role of SaaS in the Enterprise, a Webinar, will be held this Thursday, November 3 at 2:00 PM Eastern Time/ 11:00 AM Pacific.
The differentiation of services is important for MSPs, and they must deal with increasingly mobile client workforces, ever more complex support requirements and other challenges. MSPs can utilize SaaS clientless remote support in order to address many of these issues. This will reduce problems associated with acquisition costs, upgrades and technology adoption.
Presenting at the Webinar will be Elaina Stergiades, Research Manager, Software and Hardware Support Services at IDC (News - Alert) (News - Alert). She researches, writes and develops programs for the software support services market. During the Webinar, she will share information from a recent IDC review on SaaS tools and how they can provide advantages for MSPs.
Joining her will be Eric Bisceglia, Product Marketing Manager at LogMeIn. He holds a BA in International Business and Economics from Boston University and previously managed go-to-market activities for EMC Corporation’s (News - Alert) (News - Alert) Storage Division.
These two presenters will be joined by CEO and Co-Founder of the MSPAlliance, Charles Weaver (News - Alert). During the past 11 years, the organization has grown from five to over 14,000 members all over the world. MSPAlliance is influential in areas of education, conduct standards and certification.
