Webinar - Delivering Top VoIP Quality without Losing Network Performance: A Webinar

Optimizing VoIP quality while maintaining network performance is a difficult balance to master. Fortunately, for those of us who are sometimes frustrated with VoIP quality, a Webinar on October 27 will explain how best to deal with this tricky issue.
The Webinar is called “Best Practices for Delivering Higher VoIP Quality While Ensuring Network Performance,” and will be held on Thursday, October 27, 2011 at 11:00AM Eastern Time/8:00AM Pacific. The hosts for this event are SevOne and Enterprise Management Associates ( EMA (News - Alert) (News - Alert)).
Anyone who has struggled with latency issues and have been frustrated by jitter or packet loss, should attend this Webinar. It will cover best practices for deploying VoIP with the highest possible quality.
Presenting at the Webinar will be Pete Cruz, Sr. Director, Product Management and Marketing, SevOne. He has over 19 years of experience in network, server and application management including performance, fault, configuration and service level management.
Joining him will be Jim Frey, Managing Research Director of EMA. He has 24 years of experience in the computing industry, with the past 18 years spent in network management. Erik Linask (News - Alert) (News - Alert), Group Editorial Director at TMCnet, will moderate the proceedings.
Attendees will learn if their network is ready for VoIP, how to launch and deliver VoIP effectively, how to monitor the quality of the VoIP while maintaining network performance, and what to consider when choosing a performance management system.
