During a recent MSP News webinar sponsored by the MSPAlliance and Quest Software (News - Alert), called “Sales and Marketing Fundamentals for Those Who Don’t Want to Sell or Market Themselves”, experts in the field gave a no-nonsense, practical lesson in how to best market yourself, even if you are reluctant to do so.




Presenting at the webinar were Mike Byrne, director of MSP, Managed Services Division Quest Software and Charles Weaver (News - Alert), CEO and co-founder of the MSPAlliance. Byrne has more than six years of experience in consulting with MSPs who want to become more successful by better selling their services to their customers. Weaver has expanded the MSPAlliance to encompass more than 14,000 members and worked to create standards of conduct and certifications for managed service professionals and companies.

Byrne and Weaver gave practical techniques to use to market your products and services, even if you considered yourself “merely a techy.”
