Webinar - Voice Management Company Tone Software Readies for Upcoming Webinar

Sure these terms might look glossy – “VoIP,” “SIP,” and “Unified Communications” – but are there complexities involved in these deployments? Absolutely, according to Tone Software (News - Alert).

According to the voice management company, while today’s economy makes a compelling case for these technological adoptions (as they promise to help companies achieve significant cost reductions and increase the productivity of a down-sized workforce), all too often these networks add “considerable complexity” to the operating environment and drive up demands for voice quality, performance, capacity, and service level compliance.

In less than a month, voice management company Tone Software will take to the mic to present a free webinar titled, “Five Keys to Cut Operational Costs and Boost QoS in Your VoIP, SIP, and UC Environment…” Tone Software is a California-based company that specializes in global business, telecommunications, IT infrastructure management, and voice management solutions.

“Get the straight facts on how you can cut VoIP, SIP and UC operational costs throughout your converged environment — from SIP at the core to the softphone at the edge,” Tone Software officials said of their webinar. “Learn how to cost-effectively boost both quality and the overall converged network service levels that directly impact your communications ROI.”

Taking place at 2 p.m. ET Wednesday, Oct. 19, the webinar will cover: how to cut operational costs of deploying and supporting VoIP, SIP, and UC services; ways to minimize the complexity of convergence throughout your environment; keys to ensure your VoIP call quality and service levels don’t disappoint corporate stakeholders; how to equip your convergence teams to handle the increasing support demands; and steps to ensure you meet the converged voice SLAs necessary to drive your desired ROI.

Everyone from CIOs, directors and IT managers of enterprise voice network teams to telecommunications mangers and voice network support managers to business development managers for managed service providers should attend this webinar.

Leading the webinar will be Amit Kapoor, director of Strategic Technology Advancement at Tone Software, and Paul Wiggins, convergence technology manager at Tone.

Kapoor has over 14 years of proven experience in the telecommunications industry and currently leads the strategic technology initiatives for Tone Software’s ReliaTel VoIP QoS Management and Voice Service Assurance Solution. Kapoor’s background includes in-depth technical knowledge and experience with TDM, IP,VoIP, and SIP technologies, as well as broadcast video and network QoS for carrier class providers.

Wiggins brings over 10 years of telecommunications and product management experience to the plate and is currently tasked with leading the strategic alignment of Tone’s ReliaTel VoIP QoS Management and Voice Service Assurance Solution. His background includes extensive technical expertise and hands on development of VoIP, IP PBX (News - Alert), unified communications, and IPT management technologies.
