Two experienced pros, Phil Moen and Teresa Dixon, will lead an upcoming Webinar titled “Telephony Automation: Automating the On and Off Boarding Process.”

As you might deduce, the webinar, scheduled for April 26, will discuss the recent technological advancements allowing enterprises to completely automate telephony on and off boarding.

Moen is President and Chief Executive Officer of Unimax (News - Alert). Prior to joining Unimax, he held various executive business management roles at leading technology companies, including SoftBrands, Inc. (formerly Fourth Shift) and Epicor. Most recently, he was responsible for developing a $100 million sales channel including more than 100 third-party sales representatives.

The session will include real life case studies and how they achieved automation and an ROI in as little as a few months. Webinar officials say it will deal with the depth of costs associated with on and off boarding, how companies are automating this process today and how to determine ROI using an On and Off Boarding Automation ROI Calculator.

Dixon is Director of Product Management at Unimax, responsible for defining, developing, and delivering product strategy for the company. She joined Unimax in 1996, and has moved from lead technical engineering positions to managing various vendor business relationships to defining which products and services best meet the needs of the converged enterprise system management market. Prior to joining Unimax, Teresa spent 13 years at Unisys (News - Alert).

The webinar focuses on a common yet painful reality: Employees come and go, which means telephony work must be done.
