The MVP Quality Award
The MVP Quality Award is an annual award bestowed by TMC’s CUSTOMER® magazine on participants in the contact center industry for their consistent, unparalleled demonstration of and commitment to quality, excellence and the highest ethical standards.
Gold, Silver and Bronze awards will be issued. Each entry is judged by a panel of experts from CUSTOMER’s editorial staff.

How To Apply
The MVP application process is completely electronic. No mail-in is required.
To be considered for CUSTOMER’s MVP Quality Award, you must:
Step 1. Submit your application online; include your contact information, your payment method, and complete all the questions in the application.
Step 2. Complete an essay following the essay guidelines and email to Erik Linask, email@example.com; details for the essay will be provided at the end of the application process and you will receive a confirmation email that will provide details for your essay or click to preview;
You will be required to provide the names and contact information of two (2) customers who can verify the submitted information;
Agree to allow CUSTOMER magazine staff to publish the information provided (not client contact information).
Deadlines and Fees
Due to the time-consuming nature of reviewing MVP Quality Award applications, there are significant incentives offered to companies who apply early.
Early-bird Deadline is December 15, 2017. Application fee is $795
Final Deadline is January 8, 2018. Application fee is $1,195
