Interactive Intelligence Receives Record Page Views on the
Most Visited Contact Center Site on the Web
Nearly 600,000 pages viewed on Contact Center Research Community Web page on TMCnet in March
The Interactive Intelligence-sponsored Contact Center Research Community Web page on TMCnet — among the highest trafficked Internet sites of its kind* — achieved a record 587,084 page views in March. This is the highest number of views for the site to date, and the second highest among all of TMCnet’s online communities.
“Partnering with Interactive Intelligence solidifies the integrity and relevance of this unique news and analysis portal,” said TMC President, Rich Tehrani. “Providing a high-quality, content-driven Web site serving the contact center community is yet another way TMCnet maintains its high traffic, reaching 10 million unique visitors and 300 million page views annually.”
The Contact Center Research Community was designed as a “one-stop shop” to help decision makers more quickly and easily research the latest technologies affecting their industry, including unified communications, voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), software as a service (hosting), speech analytics, and more.

TMCnet’s Success in Building Communities
TMC is a next-gen media company having successfully navigated the transition to the Web 2.0 world by building vibrant and virally spread news-generated communities on a variety of subjects in the communications and technology spaces.
These communities achieve tremendous levels of organic search rank and attract a laser-targeted audience based on their subject matter.
Approximately three million visitors each month know TMCnet as the de facto resource for news, product research and analysis in the communications and technology markets.
In fact, many of these web visitors use the more than 100 sponsored, news-powered communities as their daily information source.
By placing an arsenal of related news in each community (60+ articles/month), we ensure each Global Online Community is worthy of bookmarking and forwarding to colleagues.
TMCnet’s success in building communities has enabled TMCnet to become a destination for buyers and sellers in the communications space to learn more about virtually every subtopic such as IP communications, SIP trunking, unified communications, contact centers and call recording.
These communities have proven time and again to be one of the most successful products TMC has ever launched in conjunction with our advertisers and sponsors. With an astronomical renewal rate of 70 percent year-over-year, TMCnet communities drive tremendous traffic to our partner’s Web sites and help them achieve higher levels of organic search prominence as well. In fact, we receive numerous testimonials from companies whose TMCnet communities actually attract more visitors than their own Web sites.

Telecom Expense Management (TEM)
TEM can include not just telephony but all communications expenses, such as mobile phones and wireless services, including mobile wireless broadband computing. TEM even impacts such things as inventories and business processes. Perhaps that’s why the Telecom Expense Management Industry Association Report reveals that in 2007 there was more than US$29 Billion in total spending for TEM in the U.S.
