Nextiva is looking to make it even easier for small businesses to run and meet their goals.

The company launched Nextivaconnect.com with the goal of giving people a one-stop shopping experience for their business phone needs.

This virtual phone solution is designed to deliver powerful PBX features, including auto-attendant, hunt groups, multiple extensions, voicemail and music on hold.

The system allows a business owner to choose if they want a toll-free or local number and give the business the options to add a centralized greeting, set-up an employee directory and call routing. Users can be notified of voicemails either by e-mail or by text - so even when away from the office a business owner can quickly respond to clients.

The call routing feature allows a caller to be forwarded to up to five number -- cell phone, business phone or home phone so that they can reach your company with one call and limit the number of call backs.

Nextiva Connect customers can also use their old phone number, by porting into the Nextiva system.

Nextiva Connect features a web portal interface that allows the customer, to manage all the options and specific features for your IP phone. Some of the features include voicemail, call history, and profile scheduler.

There are no setup fees and Nextiva doesn't require a contract. Plan options range from $8.95 for 100 minutes a month to $69.95 for unlimited time.

Back in April, Nextiva announced that it would provide customers with a complimentary voice greeting for its Virtual PBX systems.

'We are pleased to offer our users this valuable service at no additional cost,' said Yaniv Masjedi of Nextiva, in a statement at that time. 'Our voice recording service will not only help businesses present a reputable and consistent image, it's also an effective marketing tool that every business should utilize.'

Nextiva designs every product and service to give small business owners advantages that were previously only available to large corporations. Nextiva Office is a full-featured business phone system that offers unlimited calling and now offers complimentary voice recording.
