Niagara Networks & Telchemy Partner to Improve Network Visibility for UC

January 30, 2023

Network visibility is one of the most important factors in lowering operational costs, improving security, maintaining uptime, and even pinpointing potential problems.

To take things a step further, Niagara Networks announced today that its next-generation visibility platforms are now enabled with enhanced deep network visibility and agility, as it has embedded Telchemy's SQprobe within the packet broker.

With Telchemy's SQprobe and SQmediator and Niagara's Open Visibility Platform combined, it can offer a real-time traffic feed that accelerates unified communications analysis and troubleshooting.

For NetOps teams, this latest announcement means they now have a holistic end-to-end Unified Communications monitoring, troubleshooting and analytics offering. They can more quickly detect UC faults and performance bottlenecks.

"Deploying a new solution into the NetOps framework requires a lot of time and presents many hurdles, such as where to deploy as well as getting the right traffic fed to the right unified communications tool. This partnership enables the best holistic monitoring solution for NetOps teams," said Yigal Amram, Vice President, Sales and Business Development.

With better network visibility, organizations can do things like record live voice and video traffic anywhere in the network, analyze performance in real-time, and proactively detect, diagnose, and rectify impairment sources - all before there is a chance for it to negatively impact service levels and the end-user experience.
