NWN Carousel Transforms Cloud Communications in South Carolina

Taking its platform to government agencies, NWN Carousel expanded to South Carolina through a $10 million contract. The VoIP Services Contract includes NWN Carousel cloud communications and collaboration services, as well as its cloud contact center, experience management platform and integrated voice response services across state agencies.

What exactly does this mean for South Carolina agencies?

NWN Carousel’s services offer cloud-based services designed to enhance presence functionality in the contact center, improve call queuing and call back features, unified communications integration with existing solutions for remote conferencing and omnichannel contact center solutions, both on-premises and in the cloud.

The contract also provides for an end-to-end UC solution through a hosted and flexible pay-by-the-device service model to public entities throughout the state. Under the existing contract, NWN Carousel provides the South Carolina Department of Administration with telecom services, including hosted VoIP, hosted contact center and integrated voice response services.

South Carolina joined a growing list of states that NWN Carousel delivers cloud contact center offerings – Florida, Massachusetts and Texas being the others.
