Crexendo, NetSapiens Offer Class 5 UC Software Platform

I had a chance to speak with Jessica Strahan, channel sales manager at Crexendo, at ITEXPO 2022 in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.  She explained that the foundation of the platform is a series of single-purpose software modules that collectively provide a complete UC platform, designed to deliver connectivity without complexity.

• The Core Module is for all calling features that require real-time Class 5 call intelligence and media functionality.
• The Endpoints Module handles firmware and provisioning of the devices/endpoints.
• The Routing Module is for interconnectivity with the outside world, and this includes Class 4 switching via SIP connections to carrier partners SIP trunks.
• The Conferencing Module is dedicated for audio conference bridges.
• The Recording Module is for call recording per agent, per device or per queue.
• The QoS Monitoring Module collects valuable system insight using PCAP troubleshooting, system event monitoring and trend analysis.

Each core module is designed to support up to 10,000 concurrent call sessions. With oversubscription, that can equate up to 20,000 subscribers. If needed, additional nodes can be added in a cluster to add more call capacity up to a maximum of 5,000 sessions.

SNAPmobile Web is a WebRTC softphone. Designed to mirror the interface of the SNAPmobile smartphone, individuals will be able to place calls and manage their settings with ease. SNAPmobile Web does not require any additional software installation or configuration. All the user has to do is launch the application, click a button to grant permission and start dialing.

SNAPmobile IOS and SNAPmobile Android extend the SNAPsolution features into every user's pocket. It gives each user the ability to make calls, see other users’ presence and use NetSapiens’ in-call features.

SNAP.HD is a branded video collaboration tool supporting collaboration with 25 participants or a webinar with 1,000 attendees by bringing added value, increasing competitiveness and raising revenue per subscriber.

Through the SNAPsolutuion platform, NetSapiens is also offering a complete solution, SNAPaccel. SNAPaccel solves the problem of needing a rock-solid platform to run the SNAPsolution platform. With data centers in the U.S. and Europe, SNAPaccel takes the hassle out of designing a data center deployment by offering three models.

• SNAPaccel Plus: Users can manage the OS and platform while NetSapiens manages the hardware.
• SNAPaccel Pro: Users can focus on the platform while NetSapiens manages the hardware and OS.
• Snapaccel Hybrid: Users can have data centers and NetSapiens built infrastructure.

With NetSapiens, users will pay for one session for every 25 users. In the past, service providers have practiced oversubscription where only 4% of subscribers are on call at any one time. NetSapiens is a solution where the cost/subscriber gets cheaper 20% year over year with the oversubscription growth rate year over year.
